Aircraft always hangared in a dry climate.
All cylinders compression test currently at 74/80 or
better.
Excellent maintenance always by good qualified
mechanics.
Excellent complete maintenance records.
IFR capable. Static system test is out of date.
Aircraft was repainted using Sherwin-Williams
polyurethane 5/19/82. It is still in excellent condition
due to always being hangar stored in a dry climate.
Interior was replaced at about same time and is also in
excellent condition.

TT: 3704 hours: Engine oil and filter change: Aeroshell
15W-50 semi-synthetic.
TT 3681: Annual Inspection. Replace 5 spark plugs w/
new. New Brackett air filter, new ELT battery,
compression: 75, 74, 76, 74
TT 3653: Reinforced cowling at oil cooler mounts
TT 3625: Replace A/C battery (Gill G-35) new R. magneto
points, rebuild flap hydraulic pump.
TT 3521: Install new Aerolite ignition harness. New
Brackett air filter assembly (AD compliance).
TT3415: 2 new fuel cap O-rings, 2 new rubber oil drain
back lines
TT3360: Exhaust system overhaul: risers, muffler,
exhaust pipe, stainless steel hardware, 15 new springs,
exhaust nuts & washers. Replaced carburetor air duct,
installed 4 silicone valve cover gaskets, replaced all
engine and cabin SCAT Aeroduct, replace mixture control
cable wire. Replaced empennage link, empennage bushing
and bolts, washers, nuts. Replace 24 Southco fasteners
and retainers on rear access panel. Overhaul and
reinstall same aileron control links by Lake Aero
Styling (per AD).
6/20/00, TT 3357: Replace all three tires with Goodyear
Flight Custom II.
TT 3267: Replace magneto contact points and retard
points. Replace propeller governor oil line (per AD).
Replace generator with reman from Aero Electric.
TT 3224: Replace vacuum pump, instrument and regulator
air filters.
TT 3187: Install Electronics International digital
OATemp gauge
TT 3160: Install new windshield.
TT 3121: Replace step retraction diaphragm.
TT 3096: Overhaul attitude gyro by Aircraft Quality
Instruments.
TT 3087: Install carb heat box kit, replace heat cable,
replace nose wheel bearing.
TT 3015: Install new fuel hoses, brake linings.
TT 3066: Install 5 new spark plugs.
TT 2989: Install new 3 1/4" Sigma-Tek Directional Gyro
and Trans-Cal blind transponder encoder.
TT 2970: Replace LH elevator.
TT 2940: Install new EGT digital gauge and probe.
TT 2706: Overhaul carburetor by Aircraft Accessories of
Oklahoma.
TT 2529: Installed new modern (w/ turn stops) nose wheel
truss,
steering bolts and hardware.
TT 2545: Radios sent to Terra factory to correct
intermittent problems.
TT 2425: Engine chrome major overhaul, with extensive
new parts installed, by Midwest Aircraft Services of
Newton Kansas. Replace propeller governor with new one,
propeller overhaul per AD.
Previous installation of oil filter conversion. Oil
filter and oil changed every 50 hours using Aeroshell
15W-50 semi-synthetic During annual inspections, various
control pushrods were cleaned, prepped, and repainted.
Susceptible areas were treated with anti-corrosion
spray.
